Scope of Services. Through this Site, So Supreme Painting markets and arranges Patio Installation, Residential Painting, Commercial Painting, Exterior Painting, Interior Painting, Deck Installation, Roof Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. So Supreme Painting (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. So Supreme Painting may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://sosupremepainting.com is provided on an "as is" basis. So Supreme Painting makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, So Supreme Painting's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid So Supreme Painting in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify So Supreme Painting against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Modifications. So Supreme Painting may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
